NOVEMBER 2015 UPDATE Over the last month Graydon and crew have made some major strides towards turning this old granary into a brewery. The brewery floor slopes a quarter-inch per foot into the drain. That slope is key because the ADA still considers it flat, but it allows liquids to flow into the central drain.
