How about a Mini Renaissance Faire?
Step into Salado’s first Renaissance faire! Wander open-air paths, enjoy Celtic music, meet friendly vendors, and linger by the creek as you explore. It is colorful, relaxed, and perfect for a day of enchantment. Come play among the pavilions and revel in the charm.
Barrow Brewing Company offers a cozy respite from the cold with two food trucks on site. The Shed and Alexander's Kitchen and Cocktails are also in on the fun.
This free event is 12-5 p.m. on Valentines Day. Afterward check out Inn on the Creek for a romantic night or some of the live music happening throughout town.

Each 5K takes you through beautiful, historic, downtown Salado. Runners and walkers receive a beer at the finish line. All are welcome, including strollers and leashed dogs. The Barrow 5K medals for 2026 are so cool and interlock with the other 5K medals from the series. You're going to want to collect all three.

Guest food trucks visit every Monday 4 p.m. - sold out. Check in each month for who will be here. Our resident food trucks are Sacred Sandwich, open Wednesday-Sunday and Happy Pizza Company, open Thursday-Sunday.
Live Music Mondays
Starting September 1st the taproom will be open 4-9 p.m. with live music 6-8 p.m. First Mondays will feature Michael Alexandersson, third Mondays Eley Buck Davis, fourth Mondays Brad Brockman with alternating artists on second and fifth Mondays. Come join us to start your week out on the chill side.
Singing Bowl Sound Bath
